LEGALITY

By definition Hemp is an industrial agricultural crop variety of Cannabis that contains little to no Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol or THC, the phsycoactive cannabinoid know to produce a “high”


Hemp is commonly known for fiber production but more recently the plant has been sought after for its high production of CBD.


In order for a crop to be considered hemp by both federal and New York state definition, the plant material must contain no more than .03% delta 9 THC by dry weight. 


All our products are sourced from USA hemp farmers and processors that undergo strict testing and regulatory processes to ensure they meet these guidelines.

Our products are never sourced from marijuana plants
